Omda AS (the "Company" or "Omda"), a leading provider of mission-critical
healthcare software, has successfully completed a SEK 700 million senior secured
bond issue.
The new bonds have a tenor of four years and carry a floating interest rate of
3-month STIBOR + 337.5 basis points per annum. Omda intends to apply for listing
of the bonds on the Nordic ABM and the Frankfurt Open Market.
The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance the Company's
outstanding NOK 500 million OMDA02 PRO bond (ISIN NO0013075721), including the
applicable call premium, pay amounts due under the earn-out related to Omda's
acquisition of Saab's Public Safety Solutions business, and for general
corporate purposes, including acquisitions.
The transaction attracted strong interest from Nordic and international
institutional investors and was significantly oversubscribed. Pareto Securities
and SB1 Markets acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the bond issue.
