With reference to the stock exchange announcement on 8th of June 2022. On 14th
June 2022 at 18:00, Lokotech AS had an update meeting with its ASIC designers.
The previously communicated delay from our designers' subcontractor is worse
than what was previously communicated to us, and we were today informed that the
participation on the MPW should be postponed to November.
"We have chosen to postpone participation in MPW until the next run, starting in
November, in order not to incur a cancellation fee, in light of the new
information. Since the foundry is fully booked until 2023, the delay should not
adversely affect the timeline for mass production, and the ASIC's expected
