Basware Corporation's Board of Directors elected by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 9 August 2022 elected Dean Jacobson as the Chairperson and Maurice Hernandez as the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors in its organizing meeting.
The Board of Directors resolved to disband the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company so that the Board of Directors, in its entirety, shall assume the tasks of the aforementioned Committees.
