The guidance exceeded our expectations in terms of revenue, and the midpoint of the earnings guidance is also higher than our forecasts. Additionally, the company specified Nubeqa’s long-term revenue potential to over EUR 1 billion. The potential is in line with our forecasts (2030). The market rewarded shareholders with a sharp rise in the share price. We are raising our forecasts following the new information. Corresponding to the forecast hikes, we raise our target price to EUR 75 (prev. 66) and reiterate our Accumulate recommendation. Siltanen has commented on how ODM-212 is advancing to clinical phase II.  Orion announced on Thursday that it has started a clinical phase II study with the cancer drug candidate ODM-212. The candidate’s progression is expected and in line with Orion’s strategy, as the company allocates part of Nubeqa’s significant revenues to the development of potential future successful drugs. The news has no impact on our forecasts.
