ORTELIUS AB (formerly ORTELIUS International AB) – Half-Year Results for the First Half of 2025

ORTELIUS AB, a subsidiary of ORTELIUS International AB (publ) (“ORTELIUS” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: ORTIN), today published its half-year results for the period January–June 2025.

Financial Summary H1 2025 – see attachment.
Since the Group had no operations during the first half of 2024, no comparative figures are presented for that period.
·        Net revenue amounted to SEK 28.1 million.
·        Operating result (EBIT) was SEK -3.1 million.
·        Result after tax was SEK -3.8 million.
·        Cash flow from operating activities was SEK -1.1 million.
·        Cash and cash equivalents as of June 30, 2025, amounted to SEK 2.1 million.
