regarding the sale to Swiss Life Asset Managers of Otovo's fully owned
subsidiaries, EDEA AS and EDEA AB, which own its Norwegian and Swedish
subscription portfolios, respectively.
All conditions related to the agreement have been met, and the transaction was
today closed.
