Owe Bergsten resigns as board member of Thunderful Group at his own request

Thunderful Group AB (”Thunderful”) announces today that board member Owe Bergsten, at his own request and due to other commitments, has decided to resign from the board of Thunderful. Owe Bergsten has been a part of Thunderful’s board since 2019.

"I would like to extend a warm thank you to Owe on behalf of the board for his valuable work and commitment to Thunderful over the years. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours," comments Chairman of the board Patrick Svensk.

Following Owe Bergsten’s resignation, the board will consist of five members, which meets the requirements of the articles of association. The board remains quorate.
