OXE MARINE AND TIDEMAN BOATS TO DELIVER DUTCH GOVERNMENT CARIBBEAN SUPPORT CRAFT PROGRAMME

OXEPress release25.06.2026 klo 16.30

Ängelholm, Sweden — OXE Marine AB (publ) (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: OXE), the manufacturer of the world's leading high-performance diesel outboard engine, is pleased to announce that Tideman Boats BV, a Netherlands-based manufacturer of high-speed HDPE workboats, has selected twin OXE225 diesel outboard engines to power several Caribbean Support Crafts ordered by a Dutch Government Authority.

The vessels — HDPE Landing Crafts 1200, each powered by twin OXE225 engines — will be manufactured by Tideman Boats, representing an important programme for the governmental maritime sector.

Tideman Boats has been a trailblazer in the development of HDPE hull construction, pioneering the use of the material in high-speed workboat applications where durability, low maintenance, and resistance to harsh operating environments are paramount. OXE Marine and Tideman Boats have developed a strong working relationship over the years, together delivering a large number of vessels to end customers who depend on the combined package to run critical operations in some of the world's most remote and challenging locations.

The OXE225, rated at 225 hp and delivering 670 Nm of torque, is the highest commercial duty rated engine in the OXE300 platform. Its robust belt-driven transmission is engineered to withstand the sustained loads of commercial and government operations, while a 180-amp alternator ensures continuous power supply for onboard systems and mission-critical equipment. The engine is further supported by OXE Connect, OXE Marine's remote monitoring system, enabling operators to track engine performance and health in real time — a capability of particular value for vessels deployed in remote or austere locations far from conventional service infrastructure.

"Tideman's HDPE hulls and OXE propulsion have proven time and again to be a winning combination for operators in demanding environments. This Dutch government programme is a natural next step for that partnership."— Paul Frick, CEO, OXE Marine AB

"The OXE225 was the natural choice. OXE has been a trusted diesel outboard supplier to Tideman for years, and the high torque output and fuel efficiency of their engines are exactly what our customers need — operators running vessels day after day in locations where downtime is simply not an option."— Bruno Tideman, CEO, Tideman Boats

The Caribbean Support Craft programme further strengthens OXE Marine's position as a preferred propulsion partner for European government vessel programmes, complementing a growing portfolio of government and law enforcement applications globally.

About OXE Marine AB

At OXE Marine we are driven by the ambition to transform the outboard motor; impacting the journey towards a more fuel efficient and safer marine environment. OXE Marine AB (publ) is the company behind the world's first high-performance diesel outboard. The company's unique and patented solutions for high-torque transmission between powerhead and lower leg have led to global demand for its outboards, delivering improved performance and fuel efficiency and redefining possibilities in the marine sector.
