Peab has been commissioned to build three five-story buildings in Tampere containing a total of 116 apartments. The customer is YH Kodit and the contract is worth EUR 16 million, which corresponds to SEK 174 million.
In addition to the construction of three residential buildings, the project includes building a parking garage. The apartment buildings will have wooden facades and wood will be used extensively in other parts of the buildings such as in some of the partition walls in the apartments. The ventilation rooms will also be wood. The apartments will be built according to energy class A and the construction sites will run on green electricity. The total gross area of the property is 8,300 m2.

The project will begin in June 2026. Occupancy will take occur in stages during the autumn of 2027 and the winter of 2028.
The project will be order registered in business area Construction in the second quarter 2026.
