Photocure ASA - CFO transition

Oslo, Norway, 30 June 2026: Photocure ASA (OSE: PHO) is today announcing that
Chief Financial Officer Erik Dahl will retire after nearly 14 years of dedicated
service to the company. To ensure a seamless transition, Erik will remain with
Photocure through the end of December 2026.

Erik's tenure has been instrumental in shaping Photocure's financial strength
and growth. "Erik has been a tremendous asset to our team, and we are deeply
grateful for everything he has contributed to the company and our shareholders
over the years," said Chief Executive Officer Dan Schneider. "He has guided our
financial organization through many significant milestones and helped build the
strong foundation we stand on today. We wish him the very best and are very
grateful for his service."

With ample time to ensure continuity, the search for Erik's successor is already
underway. CEO Dan Schneider will serve as acting CFO, with the full support of
Photocure's experienced finance team, until the new CFO is appointed.
