The 1.6 million share options that expire in October 2023 are extended with 9 months for all employed share option holders. Additional 6 months extension applies for the share options held by CTO, COO and CFO and additional 18 months extension applies for the share options held by CEO. The amendment to the share option agreements with the primary insiders was signed today.</p></div><p>This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to sections 4-2 and 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.</p>
