At the same time, several new projects were initiated, and active efforts are underway to utilize building rights in Sweden and Denmark.</p><p>"We ended 2024 on a strong note, and the new year has started in the same way. In addition to new lease agreements and an acquisition, we also completed a successful refinancing during the quarter, which will reduce our annual interest expenses by approximately SEK 15 million. Discount retail is countercyclical, and it’s clear that demand continues to grow - even in challenging times.
