Proact divests staffing business in the Netherlands – ensures continued service delivery through partnership
Proact IT Group AB (publ) today announces that it has entered into a binding agreement to divest its staffing operations in the Netherlands to Resultaatgroep B.V. The divestment forms part of the company’s efforts to standardize its offering and improve operational efficiency.
In line with the company’s previously communicated cost efficiency program and increased focus on its core offering, Proact is divesting this part of the business. By transferring the operations to a strategic partner, Proact can reallocate resources to further drive value within core business areas. Proact will continue to offer business consultancy and staffing services in the Netherlands through its partnership with Resultaatgroep.

The transaction is structured as an asset deal with immediate effect and is expected to have a limited financial impact on the Group.
