Bergen/Yokohama, April 30, 2026: Proximar Seafood AS held its Annual General
Meeting today at 10:00 CEST. A total of 128,793,490 shares, representing 24.61%
of the share capital was represented at the general meeting.
Except for item 5, all proposals were resolved as presented in the Notice for
the annual general meeting distributed on April 16, 2026.
Under item 5, the General Meeting rejected the Board of Directors' proposal on
board authorisation for increase of the share capital by up to 10%.
