Due to the implementation of the Central Securities Depositories Regulation
(CSDR), Pryme N.V. (the "Company") has entered into a revised registrar
agreement with DNB Bank ASA and has implemented Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS)
as the Company's branch register under Dutch law. As such, shares formerly
recorded to DNB Bank ASA (on behalf of Euronext Securities Oslo) in the
Company's register of members are now recorded directly to the Company's
shareholders in Euronext Securities Oslo.
