QBNK Holding AB (publ) announces that the company's CEO Anna Gomes has decided to leave her position. The Board of Directors will immediately initiate the process of recruiting a new CEO. Anna Gomes will remain in the role until further notice to ensure an orderly handover.

- The Board would like to extend a warm thank you to Anna for her efforts as CEO and wishes her all the best and continued success, says Kjell Duveblad, Chairman of the Board of QBNK Holding AB.

I have appreciated working together with the competent team and am proud of QBNK's structural capital, sales growth and that we are approaching break-even in terms of results.
