The euros for the few shares left at the bottom of the portfolio will be paid to the account at the previous offer price.

I was wondering if, since the position is small, there might be a chance that they won’t bother to squeeze out the rest, which would leave one as a shareholder in a private company. The offer period has already been extended once, and only 72% has been reached so far.

Well, that was a total flop… I wonder what the best move would be at this point? Wait it out or sell at 6.38 NOK. It’s going to be a loss for sure if no better offers come along?

Well, that went nicely tits up. I didn’t see this coming; I figured BASF and others would just keep diluting through repeated offerings. They probably bit off more than they could chew and couldn’t finish it before the money ran out. If they had focused solely on Skive, they might have had a chance to become cash flow positive. Btw, I haven’t started a thread yet, but anyone interested in this firm should check out Aduro Clean Technologies; it trades under the ticker ACT on the CSE and ACTHF on the OTC. It’s supposed to have superior technology in every way and much better yields etc., but the final truth will be revealed within 1-2 years.
