In April we launched a new strategy focusing on payment solutions, as well as a service offering that now also includes small and midsized merchants (SMEs). In June, Qliro’s Board of Directors adopted profitability measures to make the company profitable at EBT level in the full year 2023. Before assuming the role of CEO in October 2022, I was privileged to work on driving efforts to improve profitability and plan for accelerated growth. Parallel to this work, which started in the spring, I focused strongly on building an organization and an agile team dedicated to creating the market’s best customer experience for e-merchants, in order to position Qliro for accelerated growth.
