The board of directors hereby calls for the annual general meeting of the Company with proposed resolutions to approve the Transaction and apply for a de-listing of the Company's shares from Euronext Growth Oslo. Approval of the Company's annual report, remuneration to the auditor, board remuneration and indemnification of the board is also on the agenda.
