Reference is made to the offer document dated 26 January 2026 issued by Drakkar
Bidco AS in respect of the recommended voluntary cash tender offer (the "Offer")
to acquire all issued and outstanding shares in Rana Gruber ASA (the "Company")
for a cash consideration of NOK 79 per Share (the "Offer Price").

Reference is further made to the stock exchange announcements dated 11 March
2026, regarding the satisfaction of the "Minimum Acceptance" closing condition
as set out in the offer document for the Offer.

The following members of the Company's board of directors and executive
management, and close associates of them, have accepted the Offer for all of
their shares in the Company, as further specified below:

* Gunnar Moe (CEO): 15,733 shares.
* Stein-Tore Bogen Liljenström (COO): 10,005 shares.
* Erlend Høyen (CFO): 10,000 shares.
* Vegard Nerdal AS, a close associate of Vegard Nerdal (Investor Relations and
Controller): 9,600 shares.
* VN Capital AS, a close associate of Vegard Nerdal (Investor Relations and
Controller): 9,000 shares.
* Morten Støver (Chair of the Board): 6,000 shares.
* Cerebrum Invest AS, a close associate of Ragnhild Marta Wiborg (Board member):
3,000 shares.
* Hilde Rolandsen (Board member): 2,800 shares.
* Henriette Zahl Pedersen (Employee-elected board member): 1,000 shares.
* Camilla Johnsdatter Nilsen (Employee-elected board member): 720 shares.
* Johan Hovind (Employee-elected board member): 606 shares.
