Stockholm, Sweden, 3 July 2023Ranplan's wholly owned subsidiary in the Americas has been contracted by one of the world's foremost technology bellwethers (an existing customer of Ranplan's software) to design to perfection a highly advanced 5G private wireless network. The work - all the essential design aspects of which take advantage of Ranplan's leading suite of radio planning and workflow products - is destined to be carried out by internal and external Ranplan engineering expertise. The order, valued at around SEK 2.5 million, is expected to be substantial revenue recognised in the second half of calendar 2023. The project - associated with additional man-hours - will be dilutive to the gross margin which absent any services elements has had a history of hovering above 95%. &nbsp;"We feel privileged to have been chosen for a project of this importance and influence.
