Raouf Kattan has served as a board member since 2022, and the Board extends its sincere gratitude for his dedicated contributions and for sharing his extensive industry expertise, which has greatly benefited the Company. His resignation will take effect on 31 March 2026.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p><em>“It has been a privilege to contribute to I-Tech’s development and growth over the past few years. The Company is well positioned for continued success, and I now look forward to spending more time with family and friends,”</em> said Raouf Kattan.</p><p>Following his departure, the Board will comprise five members.
