The correction refers to the missing information in the previous press release to note the auditor's remark, which is stated below.

The Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2023-05-01-2024-04-30 was held on 31 October 2024 despite the fact that the annual report with the signed audit report was not available to the Annual General Meeting. This is contrary to Chapter 7, Section 10 of the Companies Act.

During the financial year, the company, in violation of the Tax Procedure Act, did not pay the withheld tax, social security contributions or value-added tax on time.
