Haugesund, 5 October 2026: Reach Subsea ASA has exercised the one-year extension
option under the charter agreement for the subsea vessel Deep Cygnus.
The charter agreement was originally announced on 14 July 2022 as a four-year
agreement with an option to extend for an additional year. The option exercise
extends the agreement through March 2028.
Deep Cygnus has been an important part of Reach's vessel fleet since 2023. The
extension secures continued access to a vessel with ROV capability, crane
capacity and deck space that is well suited for inspection, maintenance and
repair (IMR), survey and light construction projects across the offshore energy
and renewables sectors.
