B Treasury Capital AB (publ) ("BTC AB" or the "Company") announces that the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) registered the conversion of 6,994 Class C shares into 6,994 Class B shares on 10 August 2026, pursuant to the Company's Articles of Association and as previously disclosed in the Company's interim report for January-June 2026.
The conversion reflects the increase in the Company's Bitcoin per Share (BPS) ratio during the second quarter of 2026. As set out in the interim report, the conversion corresponds to 20 percent of the increase in BPS during the quarter and represents approximately 0.9 percent of the total number of Class B shares. Class C shares are converted into Class B shares only if the Company's BPS ratio increases during the relevant quarter, aligning the founders' incentives with the interests of all shareholders.
Following Bolagsverket's registration, the conversion is complete. The total number of outstanding Class B shares is now 787,307.
