Uppsala, Sweden; 14 April 2025 — I.A.R. Systems Group AB (“IAR”) has repurchased a total of 12,854 of its own Series B shares (ISIN: SE0005851706) between April 7 - 11, 2025, under the share buyback program authorized by the Board of Directors.
The repurchases are part of the buyback program announced by IAR on September 3, 2024, which will run from September 3, 2024, until April 27, 2025.
The Series B shares in IAR were repurchased as follows:

All acquisitions were conducted on Nasdaq Stockholm by Danske Bank on behalf of IAR. Following these transactions, IAR’s holdings of its own shares as of April 11, 2025, amount to 897,165 Series B shares and 308,042 Series C shares. The total number of shares in IAR at the time of this press release is 13,968,333, of which 13,660,291 are Series B shares and 308,042 are Series C shares.
The buyback program is carried out in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and the European Commission's Delegated Regulation 2016/1052 (the so-called Safe Harbour Regulation).
