<div class="abstract">March 4, 2025 - Rightbridge Ventures Group AB has sold its entire stake in Lilmix Esports AB for SEK 178,000 through the offsetting of an unpaid fee claim to CMLE Holding AB. The divestment is part of Rightbridge's strategic shift from esports toward intellectual property (IP) rights and gaming. Rightbridge currently owns 22.11% of Lilmix. The sale results in a goodwill write-down of approximately SEK 1.6 million.</div>The transaction aligns with Rightbridge's strategy of becoming an IP-focused company specializing in game development and strong intellectual property rights.
