The cooperation is based on an agreement signed in 2021, under which the parties have agreed to continue their collaboration. Here is the company update from Aapeli following Robit’s Q1 results  Robit’s Q1 report clearly exceeded our expectations in terms of revenue and earnings. Performance was supported particularly by the strong momentum in the Geotechnical segment, which also drove the order intake to clear growth. The company reiterated its market outlook and its guidance pointing toward earnings growth. Following the report that beat our expectations, our earnings forecast for the current year rose significantly, while we only made minor positive changes to our forecasts for the coming years. Following the report that reinforced the company’s medium-term potential, we see the stock’s valuation as sufficiently attractive relative to the risks associated with the success of new sales. Therefore, we upgrade our recommendation to Accumulate (prev. Reduce) and our target price to EUR 1.4 (prev. EUR 1.15). I suppose it could have gone worse… Inderes’ revenue expectation was 20.0 MEUR and adjusted EBIT 0.6 MEUR, so at least those were exceeded. Cash flow in the red, and guidance unchanged  Orders received grew positively during the review period, rising to 24.1 million euros (20.2), an increase of 19.4 percent compared to the comparison period. Robit’s revenue remained nearly at the level of the comparison period in the first quarter, at 21.3 million euros (21.5). By business area, the Geotechnical business grew the most, with revenue rising 52.8 percent to 5.4 million euros (3.6). Down the Hole business revenue grew by 4.2 percent to 3.0 million euros (2.8), while Top Hammer revenue fell by 15.0 percent, ending at 12.9 million euros (15.2). Revenue development varied by market area. In the Americas, revenue grew by 30.9 percent. In other market areas, revenue declined: in Australasia by 25.7 percent, in Asia by 19.9 percent, and in EMEA by 3.3 percent. In the Australasia and EMEA regions, the decline in revenue was mainly due to the Top Hammer business. Comparable EBIT for the first quarter was 1.4 million euros (0.6), representing a 122.5 percent improvement in profitability. Comparable EBIT was 6.5 percent of revenue (2.9). Profitability was impacted by gross margins remaining at a good level, changes in the operating model carried out during 2025 reducing fixed costs, and positively developed exchange rates. Net cash flow from Robit’s operations in the first quarter was -1.5 million euros (-2.2).   The company’s guidance remains unchanged: Robit estimates that 2026 revenue and comparable EBIT in euros will increase compared to 2025.
