And here is the company report from Renato.  Saab’s Q4 results were strong across all divisions, and the full-year 2025 result was very solid, exceeding both consensus and our expectations. We see demand continuing at a structurally higher level, which is unlikely to return to its previous state in the near future. This strengthens the outlook for defense spending, but structurally higher demand only matters if orders can be converted into delivered capabilities on time. As Saab consistently demonstrates its ability to generate profitable growth with an increasing order backlog by being proactive regarding capacity, we believe the company is well-positioned to achieve its updated financial targets and sustain growth. Against this backdrop, we are raising our forecasts from 2026 onwards. Our revised forecasts imply lower downside risk, but we still see the expected return as unattractive due to high valuation. We raise our target price to SEK 615 (prev. SEK 550) and upgrade our recommendation to the Reduce level (Sell). Renato has written his quick comment on Saab’s Q4 results.  Saab’s best quarter ever, order intake was record-breaking and group revenue was 27.7 BSEK, up 33% year-on-year, which clearly exceeded our estimates. Adjusted operating profit was 2.9 BSEK, representing a 10.6% margin and also exceeding our estimates. Growth and profitability were mainly driven by volumes and project execution in the Surveillance and Dynamics segments. Earnings per share was 4.73 SEK, whereas we had expected 3.73 SEK. Renato has prepared a company preview report, as Saab will release its Q4 results on February 5th  Since the beginning of 2026, we believe the geopolitical situation and allied rhetoric have driven Europe toward a stricter, more long-term view of defense and security. This clarifies the development of defense spending, increases capacity requirements, and emphasizes the importance of supply chain execution, as budgets only matter if they can be converted into delivered capability. Against this background, we see Saab as well-positioned to benefit significantly from Europe’s tighter alignment, and we are raising our order intake, revenue, and profitability forecasts from 2026 onwards. Although our revised view reduces downside risk and supports a higher fair value, the expected return remains unattractive, albeit less so than before. Therefore, based on our adjusted expectations, we are raising our target price to 550 kronor (prev. 310 kronor) and see an improved risk-reward ratio, but we reiterate our sell recommendation. Saab is staying active on the PR side. On January 14, 2026, Saab launched Poland’s second SIGINT vessel, ORP Henryk Zygalski. This is the second and final vessel in the DELFIN program. The first vessel, ORP Jerzy Różycki, was launched in July 2025. Next, Saab will install the intelligence systems and run sea trials. Deliveries are scheduled for 2027 and 2028. The contract was signed in 2022 and is valued at 620 MEUR. Saab Kockums is the prime contractor, responsible for delivery and integration of the mission systems, while the hulls are built by the Polish subcontractor Remontowa Shipbuilding S.A. The announcement was not a surprise. It is mainly a milestone communication. Still, the launch matters as a proof point of execution. Complex naval programs can see schedules slip, and sticking to the plan supports confidence in Kockums’ ability to convert a large order book into deliveries under supply chain and capacity constraints. As we noted previously, 2026 shifts focus from orders to industrial implementation and deliveries. Bragging about on-time progress is valuable currency. Fundamentally, this does not change estimates since the contract has been in the order book for years. The incremental value comes from visibility on cash flow timing, as we assume a larger cash flow release at delivery for large projects.

Excellent reflection on a difficult question! I see fairly similar high sentiment-driven valuation levels in other European defense/war stocks as well. Perhaps they are a unique manifestation of the will to defend, who knows.
