SATS ASA: SATS’ share buyback program has been completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by SATS ASA ("SATS" or the "Company") on 18 February 2026 of the launch of SATS’ program to repurchase up to 7,000,000 of the Company’s shares in open market transactions for a total amount of up to NOK 200 million during the period from 18 February 2026, until no later than the Company's Annual General Meeting of 2026, pursuant to an agreement with DNB Carnegie (the "Buyback Program").

SATS has now completed the share buyback program, as the current authorization from the AGM to acquire treasury shares expires tomorrow, on 5 May 2026. A total of 2,316,848 shares, which equals 1.14% of the shares in the company, were purchased on Oslo Stock Exchange, for a total consideration of NOK 99,999,995. The average price paid per share was NOK 43.1621. Following this, SATS owns a total of 7,632,506 own shares.
