Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by SATS ASA ("SATS" or the "Company") on 12 May 2026 of the launch of SATS’ program to repurchase up to 7,000,000 of the Company’s shares in open market transactions for a total amount of up to NOK 200 million during the period from 13 May 2026, until no later than the Company's Annual General Meeting of 2027, pursuant to an agreement with DNB Carnegie (the "Buyback Program").
For the period from and including 18 May 2026, through 26 March 2026, the Company purchased a total of 1,189,857 shares at an average price of NOK 44.0348 per share, all purchased as ordinary market purchases on Euronext Oslo Børs.
