The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the prospectus prepared by the Company prior to the change of listing. The prospectus, which is prepared in Swedish, is available on the Company's website.</div>For complete information regarding the listing change, please refer to the prospectus prepared by the Company, which is available on the Company's website, <a href="http://www.astorgroup.se/investor-relations/the-share">www.astorgroup.se/investor-relations/the-share</a>, and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website, <a href="http://www.fi.se">www.fi.se</a>.
