Oslo, 21 August 2026: Scatec ASA ("Scatec") has mandated DNB Carnegie, Nordea and SB1 Markets to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing Monday, 24 August 2026. A NOK 1,000 million (expected) senior unsecured green bond issue with a 4.5-year tenor may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.
The net proceeds of the green bond issue will be applied towards refinancing of existing indebtedness, including the outstanding NOK 1,000 million SCATC04 ESG bond due 17 February 2027, and for general corporate purposes in accordance with Scatec's Green Financing Framework.
In conjunction with the contemplated bond issue, Scatec may offer conditional buy-backs in its outstanding bonds “SCATC04 ESG” (ISIN NO0012837030) and “SCATC05 ESG” (ISIN NO0013144964).
Subject to completion of the contemplated new green bond issue, Scatec intends to call its remaining outstanding NOK denominated bonds due 17 February 2027 with ticker “SCATC04 ESG” (ISIN NO0012837030).
