(Oslo, 10 January 2022) Reference is made to the decision by the Extraordinary
General Meeting on 7th December 2021 regarding the change of the company's name
from Skitude Holding AS to Canopy Holdings AS. The name change is now
effectuated in the business register (Foretaksregisteret).
