Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB: Smoltek appoints Magnus Andersson as new CEO for the next phase of the company's development

Magnus Andersson, who is already well-versed in the business after working with financing, business development and strategic initiatives at Smoltek for the past year, succeeds Håkan Persson, who is retiring but will remain as senior advisor during a transition period.

Magnus Andersson has over 25 years of international experience in corporate acquisitions, business development and leadership in technology-driven growth companies, primarily in the energy sector, where he also acts as an energy expert. During the past year, he has worked closely with Smoltek as an advisor with a focus on strategy, business development and financing. His expertise in strategic growth and commercialization makes him well-suited to lead Smoltek into the next phase.

Magnus Andersson will take over as acting CEO (tp. CEO) as of June 1, 2025.
