Oslo, 10 July 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Spotlio AS (Euronext Growth Oslo:SPOT) (the "Company") on 14 April 2025, regarding the board of directors' resolution to increase the Company's share capital following the exercise of share options by a participant in the Company’s share-based option program.
The new share capital of the Company following the registration of the share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises is NOK 4,062,804.26, divided into 203,140,213 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.
