Composition of SRV Group Plc's Shareholders' Nomination Board
SRV Group Plc's three largest shareholders have appointed the following members to the Shareholders' Nomination Board:
The right to appoint a member to the Shareholders' Nomination Board lies with those three shareholders whose share of the votes of all shares in the company are largest, based on the company's shareholders' register held by Euroclear Finland Ltd as of August 31 preceding the calendar year of the next Annual General Meeting. The biggest shareholders are AS Pontos Baltic, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company and Kolpi Investments Oy.
Ilpo Kokkila has been appointed as the Chair of the Nomination Board.
The Nomination Board, established by the General Meeting, prepares annual proposals concerning the composition and remuneration of the Board of Directors to the Annual General Meeting.
