Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) ("Stendörren" or the "Company") announces that the Issuer has successfully issued subordinated perpetual green floating rate capital securities, with first call date four years after the first issue date, of SEK 400,000,000 under a framework of up to SEK 800,000,000 (the "Capital Securities"). The Capital Securities have a floating interest of 3M STIBOR + 375 basis points per annum until the first call date. Strong investor demand resulted in a heavily oversubscribed book, enabling a highly successful transaction and the lowest coupon to date for Stendörren's capital securities. Stendörren intends to list the Capital Securities on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. An amount corresponding to the net proceeds from the Capital Securities will be used in accordance with the Company's previously established green financing framework.
SB1 Markets, filial i Sverige and Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial have acted as arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with an issue of the Capital Securities. Vinge acted as legal counsel in connection with the Capital Securities.
