The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) has announced that Stendörren will be included in the EPRA Index as of December 19, 2025.
EPRA, in cooperation with FTSE and Nareit, provides the leading global index for listed real estate assets, comprising approximately 500 property companies worldwide.
"We are pleased that Stendörren's share will be included in the EPRA Index. This enables us to reach a broader international investor base, creating value for both the company and our shareholders", says Erik Ranje, CEO of Stendörren.
EPRA announces on a quarterly basis which companies' shares are included in the EPRA Index. Stendörren's B share will be part of the EPRA Index as of December 19, 2025.
