Subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting, Stockwik Förvaltning AB will change its name to Stockwik AB to reflect the Group’s emphasis in recent years on development rather than passive administration of acquired companies, as a complement to growth through new acquisitions.
At the same time, the Group is clarifying its corporate governance structure, strategic direction and focus for future acquisitions on the three business areas Industry, Health and Property Services, while the Services business area will be discontinued. Existing companies within the Services business area will be reassigned within the Group.
