Risto Takkala, the CFO of Summa Defence Plc and member of the Executive Management Team, has announced his resignation as his consulting contract expires on 5 December 2025. The company uses an outsourced CFO service on a temporary basis until a new CFO has been appointed.
As of 5 December 2025, Summa Defence Plc's Management Team consists of interim CEO Timo Huttunen, Chief Human Resources Officer Hanna Korhonen, General Counsel Hanna Kyrki and the CFO.
