Tången Industrikapital acquires the majority of the shares in Select Telecom

Tången has signed an agreement to acquire 70.4 percent of the shares in Select Telecom AB, a provider of communication and technology solutions for Swedish companies. Select Telecom has shown strong growth with good profitability over time and is considered to be well placed to continue its profitable growth journey through organic sales growth and add-on acquisitions.

Select Telecom helps companies develop, simplify and streamline their communication. The company's offering includes operator-independent consulting, AI telephony, advanced PBX solutions, hardware management, mileage log management, digital contract management and IoT-based connectivity.

Through tailor-made solutions and ongoing advice, Select Telecom can handle both individual communication needs and more complex and organization-wide solutions. Select Telecom has sales of approximately SEK 60 million with good profitability. The company is headquartered in Växjö and has a local presence in Norrköping, Kalmar, Trelleborg and Gotland.

"Select Telecom has a strong market position and a well-diversified customer base. We have also been impressed by the driven and committed management. Together, we see good opportunities to continue to develop the company through both organic growth and add-on acquisitions," says Nina Bergman, CEO of Tången.

Tången acquires 70.4 percent of the shares in Select Telecom. The company's CEO, CFO and other key personnel will continue operationally in the business and will remain as shareholders after the transaction.

Closing of the transaction is scheduled for 31 August 2026.Following the completion of the transaction, Select Telecom will be included in Tången's Service Solution business area.
