”Tången continued to develop strongly with good growth in all business areas and an organic sales increase of 14.3% and organic EBITA growth of 13.4% in the quarter. Summary of the second quarter (1 April – 30 June 2026)

  • Net sales for the quarter amounted to SEK 647.1 million (403.2), of which organic growth amounted to 14.3%.
  • EBITA increased by 93.6% and amounted to SEK 78.9 million (SEK 40.7 million), corresponding to a margin of 12.2% (10.1%).
  • Adjusted EBITA amounted to SEK 87.9 million (SEK 40.7 million), an increase of 115.7% and corresponding to a margin of 13.6% (10.1%). During the quarter, EBITA was adjusted for listing costs of SEK 9.0 million.
  • Operating profit (EBIT) amounted to SEK 68.5 million (SEK 35.9 million), an increase of 90.8%.
  • Operating cash flow amounted to SEK 65.3 million (SEK 35.6 million), corresponding to a cash conversion in relation to EBITA of 82.9% (87.3%).
  • As a result of the new issue and refinancing of bank loans, the company had no net debt at the end of the quarter.
  • Earnings per share before and after dilution amounted to SEK 0.92 (0.41).
