Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Techstep ASA
(the "Company") on 16 October 2026 regarding the commencement of the
subscription period in the rights issue (the "Rights Issue") and the
announcement published on 20 October 2026 regarding the receipt of subscription
rights in the Rights Issue by certain primary insiders and their close
associates.
The following primary insiders and their close associates have subscribed for
shares in the Rights Issue in accordance with their pro rata allocation of
subscription rights, including oversubscription, as follows:
- Arisona Holding AS (closely associated with Arild Hustad, Chairperson):
3,000,000 shares (of which 1,649,943 oversubscribed)
- Morten Meier, CEO: 1,000,000 shares (of which 856,595 oversubscribed)
- Bright Consult AS (closely associated with Håvard Haukdal, CFO): 750,000
shares (of which 749,427 oversubscribed)
- Widestadh Invest AB (closely associated with Claes Widestadh, COO): 898,600
shares (of which 607,775 oversubscribed)
- Terje Bjørnsen, CCO: 500,000 shares (of which 498,566 oversubscribed)
- Siow Chuen Lim, CMO: 10,000 shares (of which 3,880 oversubscribed)
- Suzanne Almbring, Chief People and Culture Officer: 6,866 shares
- Bartosz Leoszewski, Chief Product and Technology Officer: 100,197 shares
- Mia Unhjem Meier (closely associated with Morten Meier, CEO): 143,405 shares
Oversubscription does not guarantee allocation of shares in the Rights Issue.
However, members of the Company's management who have oversubscribed based on
subscription rights will be given priority allocation for such oversubscription,
limited to NOK 1,000,000 per member of management, if the Rights Issue is not
fully subscribed for on the basis of subscription rights.

subscriptions made by the PDMRs and PCAs in the Rights Issue.
