Specter Invest AS, a company controlled by Steinar Breidsvoll Hoen, primary insider and Board Observer in Techstep ASA, completed the following transactions in Techstep ASA on 16 October 2026 as part of the ongoing Rights Issue.
Specter Invest AS has sold 560,000 shares in Techstep ASA at a price of NOK 1.7862 per share. At the same time, Specter Invest AS has exercised all of its 1,850,305 allocated subscription rights, each carrying the right to subscribe for one new share at NOK 1.00 per share. In addition, Specter Invest AS has subscribed for a further 149,695 shares through oversubscription. In total, Specter Invest AS has therefore subscribed for 2,000,000 new shares in the rights issue, for a total subscription amount of NOK 2,000,000.
