<div class="mfn-body"><p>The Board of Directors of Polygiene Group AB (publ) has previously proposed an updated dividend policy, stating that 40% of the annual net profit shall be distributed to shareholders. For the financial year 2024, this corresponds to a dividend of SEK 0.05 per share.<br>Due to a very strong cash position, accumulated over several years, the Board now additionally proposes a one-time extra dividend of SEK 0.22 per share.<br>The Board will therefore propose to the Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2025 a total dividend of SEK 0.27 per share, distributed in two payments:<br>• SEK 0.14 per share in May 2025<br>• SEK 0.13 per share in October 2025<br>&nbsp;</p></div><div class="mfn-footer mfn-regulatory mfn-regulatory-mar"><p><em>This information is information that Polygiene Group is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
