On June 29, 2022, Ohad Maiman, founding partner, Chief Executive Officer and
primary insider at The Kingfish Company, has bought 500 shares at an average
price of NOK 19.14 per share.
Following the transaction, Ohad Maiman holds 17,900 shares directly and
4,600,000 through Terra Mare B.V.
