Tietoevry: Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Tieto
Tietoevry Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 12 February 2026 4:00 p.m. EET
The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 March 2026 that for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 a total dividend of EUR 0.88 per share be paid in two instalments.
The first dividend instalment
- Dividend amount: EUR 0.44
- Declared currency: Paid in euro. Dividends payable to Euroclear Sweden registered shares will be forwarded by Euroclear Sweden AB and paid in Swedish crowns. Dividends payable to shares registered in Euronext Securities Oslo/Verdipapirsentralen ASA (VPS) will be forwarded by Nordea Bank Plc's branch in Norway and paid in Norwegian crowns.
- Last day including the right to dividend: 24 March 2026
- Ex-dividend: 25 March 2026
- Dividend record date: 26 March 2026
- Payment date: beginning from 2 April 2026. For shareholders whose shares are registered with Euroclear Finland Oy, the payment date is on 2 April 2026. Outside of Finland, the first instalment is paid to shareholders in accordance with the practices of Euroclear Sweden AB and VPS, and may occur at a later date.
- Date of approval: subject to the decision by the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 March 2026
The second dividend instalment
- Dividend amount: EUR 0.44
- Declared currency: Paid in euro. Dividends payable to Euroclear Sweden registered shares will be forwarded by Euroclear Sweden AB and paid in Swedish crowns. Dividends payable to shares registered in Euronext Securities Oslo/Verdipapirsentralen ASA (VPS) will be forwarded by Nordea Bank Plc's branch in Norway and paid in Norwegian crowns.
