The Board of Directors of Toivo Group Plc resolved on 24 February 2026 to launch a share buyback programme, which was completed on 28 August 2026. On 8 September 2026, the Board of Directors resolved to cancel the 400,000 treasury shares acquired under the programme, and the cancellation was registered with the Finnish Trade Register on 25 September 2026. The cancellation does not affect the Company's share capital.
Following the cancellation, Toivo Group Plc holds 501,229 treasury shares, representing approximately 0.85 percent of all shares in the Company. The figure takes into account the 19,500 treasury shares transferred to date in connection with the share transfer announced on 9 September 2026.
As a result of the cancellation, the total number of shares and votes in Toivo Group Plc has decreased from 59,384,559 to 58,984,559.
