Sunborn International Plc (the "Company") announces that trading in the Company's shares commences today on the OTCID Market operated by OTC Markets Group Inc. ("OTC Markets") in the United States.
Trading under the trading symbol SBINF is expected to begin when the U.S. markets open at 9:30 am Eastern Time (ET), corresponding to 16:30 Finnish time (EET).
Sunborn International Plc's primary listing remains on Nasdaq First North Helsinki. The OTC Markets quotation does not involve the issuance of new shares.
The OTC Markets quotation is intended to increase the accessibility of the Company's shares to U.S. investors and broaden the Company's investor base by enabling trading in the U.S. market during U.S. trading hours.
